The DC Hub Power Index publishes its own method — every weight, every ceiling, every verdict band, the revision history, and the limitations we state against ourselves — generated from the same constants the scorer imports, so the published method and the running index cannot disagree.

These are named because they were measured, not because they are finished. A layer we cannot measure returns the stated reason it cannot — never a zero, never an estimate, never a quantity dressed up as a measurement. What a site lookup proves today is proximity and context across every layer at once, and every figure it hands back arrives with the basis it came from.

The tool catalogue reads from the same canon every other DC Hub surface heals from, so this page and the running server never drift apart.

Live, not periodic.Independent upstream grid feeds, normalised into one schema — the Grid Pulse below refreshes every 60 seconds on this page. Ranked bidding zones and upstream feeds are two different counts; each is published where it is measured, neither is frozen into copy.

Change history, banked.Tracked entities carry a change record, banked since 2026-07-29. History cannot be backfilled — anyone starting later starts at nothing — so the gap only widens from here.
